More proof that Emy is growing up fast!

Today was a big day in the Stroh household! Emily finally rolled over from her back to her tummy! This development opens a whole lotta new doors for her! :) She finally figured out that although her arm gets in the way, there is a way to work around that! Unfortunately, Chad wasn't able to see it, and she wouldn't do it for the rest of the night. I am sure that he will get many more options to see it, though.
My mom is coming into town tomorrow, and Chad and I will finally get to go on our Valentine's Day date!  Every year for V-Day, we treat ourselves to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, so we're going to make the trek to Detroit while my mom babysits little girl.
Emy has been trying more and more solid foods lately. The first food we tried (besides the boring rice cereal) was green beans. After the first bite, she looked at me offended that I could put something so disgusting in her mouth. However, she loves bananas and carrots, and is also a fan of applesauce. It is fun starting to broaden her horizons when it comes to foods. I love seeing her reactions to all of the different tastes! I love feeding her baby food because we don't have to feed her so often, and, quite frankly, it is nice not having to burp her!  She makes quite the mess- even with a bib, and wants to take over control of the spoon!  I have a fantastic video of Chad feeding Emily bananas that I will upload soon.
Her first manipulation therapy appointment went very well. He gave me some massages to do with her every day to help with her flat head, and will check up with us in a couple of weeks.

Playtime with daddy and Torque!
Feeling daddy's face
Oh yeah...she found her toes...and they go straight in her mouth during changing time now!

For 26 Acts:
11. In honor of James, I carried in groceries for a disabled lady that lives in the apartment building next to me. Unfortunately, she didn't seem that appreciative. She seemed very proud of the fact that she can do things on her own, and therefore she was acting like I was a bother. I still wanted to count it because I did save her a lot of time.

12. In honor of Grace, I made a donation to Good Will.
