9. In honor of Jesse, I gave blood. Not only did I give blood for Jesse, but also for my cousin George, who has been in the hospital since September and has needed 120 units of blood since then.
10. In honor of Chase, I donated hats for preemies to the mother/baby center at Sparrow Hospital. This was also special since they were my Grandma Arlene's hats that she knit before she passed away. The nurses were very honored to have them.
In regards to Emily, she had her 4-month appointment and pretty much everything looked good. She was in the 25th percentile for height and weight. She only had to do 2 shots this time, so it was a little bit easier on her. Here is a pic of her post-shots:
Also, her new favorite thing to do is taking "selfies". :) She thinks that my phone is hers now, and I turn the camera around so she sees herself on the screen. What is even better is that she presses the screen to take pics of herself! As you can see, she is extremely proud!
